Production Operatives

The Role

New Resource Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Warminster for a reliable Production Operatives

Working within a busy and supportive production and warehouse environment, your duties will include:

Operating machinery and setting equipment to the correct specifications.

Feeding cardboard through machinery, stacking finished products and carrying out quality control inspections.

Reworking and re-taping products where required.

Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.

Working as part of a team to handle larger cardboard products.

Moving boxes and materials around the warehouse.

Palletising, wrapping and labelling stock.

Carrying out shredding and baling duties.

Supporting general production and warehouse operations as required.

Manual Handling: Lifting requirements are limited to a maximum of 5kg.

Skills Requirements:

Previous production, warehouse experience preferred.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
Strong awareness of Health & Safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to supporting production and warehouse duties.
