Counterbalance Forklift Driver.

Location: Warminster, Wiltshire

New Resource Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Warminster for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive warehouse and production environment where you will play a key role in stock movement, goods in/out, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Rotating shifts:

Early: 5:45am – 2:00pm, Late: 1:45pm – 10:00pm

Monday to Friday = 41.25 hours per week

£12.71ph (rising to £13.48ph when taken on permanently)

The Role:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around site
• Supporting goods in / goods out processes
• Palletising, wrapping and labelling stock
• Carrying out daily FLT checks
• Working in line with all Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting wider warehouse and production tasks when required

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)

Previous FLT or warehouse experience preferred

Reliable, punctual and hard-working attitude

Good attention to detail

Strong awareness of Health & Safety

Team player with a positive attitude

Flexible and willing to support wider operations
